Dr. Jacob Lapenskie, B.Sc., D.C., Chiropractor

Dr. Jacob Lapenskie is an energetic and patient-focused chiropractor who enjoys helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. His care emphasizes hands-on treatment, clear communication, and active rehabilitation, creating an engaging and supportive experience for every patient.

Dr. Lapenskie earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences, graduating with honours and receiving induction into the Phi Chi Omega academic honours society. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and biology from the University of Ottawa, giving him a strong scientific foundation in how the body functions and adapts.

During his clinical internship, Dr. Lapenskie worked with patients of all ages and activity levels, developing strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning. His treatment approach commonly combines chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, functional rehabilitation, and practical lifestyle strategies.

Dr. Lapenskie is trained in advanced techniques, including ConnecTX for upper and lower extremities and Functional Integrated Needling. These tools allow him to address concerns ranging from joint and postural dysfunction to sports-related injuries and ongoing pain.

Known for his friendly, approachable nature, Dr. Lapenskie takes the time to listen, answer questions, and explain care in a way that feels clear and motivating. He values collaboration and works closely with patients to help them take an active role in their recovery.

Originally from the Ottawa Valley, Dr. Lapenskie grew up with a strong connection to movement, sport, and the outdoors. Outside the clinic, he enjoys staying active, spending time outside, and being part of the Orléans community he now calls home.
